Copyright Infringement Notice

KnowledgePrism respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using KnowledgePrism.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content hosted on KnowledgePrism infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to allow us to locate it.
4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

KnowledgePrism will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
