1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KnowledgePrism, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and KnowledgePrism.

2. Service Description

KnowledgePrism is a knowledge transformation platform providing:

• Multilingual text and document translation
• Content analysis and professional terminology extraction
• Vocabulary learning with spaced repetition
• Manga processing and translation
• Professional glossary marketplace

3. Account

When registering and using an account, you agree to:

• Be at least 13 years old (or 16 if in the EU)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure and be responsible for all activity under your account
• Maintain only one account per person
• Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Subscription and Billing

KnowledgePrism offers the following service tiers:

• Free: basic features with usage limits
• Pro: full features with higher limits
• Team: designed for teams with collaboration features

Payments are processed through Dodo Payments, our official Merchant of Record. Prices are listed in VND (or your local currency). Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. See Dodo Payments terms at dodopayments.com.

5. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 7 days of your subscription payment. After this period, we do not issue refunds for the current billing period, but you may cancel your subscription to avoid being charged for the next period. To request a refund, contact [email protected].

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

Your content:

• You retain full ownership of content you upload (text, documents, images)
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content to provide our services
• AI-generated outputs (translations, analyses, glossary terms) belong to you

Platform intellectual property:

• KnowledgePrism and all source code, design, branding, and technology are our property
• You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without written consent

8. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Upload illegal, inappropriate, or rights-infringing content
• Abuse the service (spam, attacks, vulnerability exploitation)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the platform's source code
• Use bots or automated tools for unauthorized service access
• Resell or transfer account access to third parties
• Exceed the reasonable usage limits of your service tier

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid in the most recent 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We strive to provide stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KnowledgePrism from all claims, damages, and costs (including attorney fees) arising from your violation of these terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time through settings or by contacting support
• We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms
• After termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
• You may export your data before terminating your account

12. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam
• Any disputes shall be resolved at the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• Users in the European Union retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence pursuant to GDPR Article 79

13. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a provision that most closely reflects its meaning and purpose.
